About the Space
Our location is a gem for those who seek warm Bohemian-Chic Jazz Club setting for video/photo shoots with casual yet romantic ambiance. The first floor is equipped with electric kitchen behind long industrial style bar that can hold around 10 to 15 people facing a stage with Bechstein Grand Piano and house acoustic bass and full drum sets surrounded by chairs, couches and tables that will hold another 10 to 15 people. In upstairs, we have smaller sized space that holds 20 chairs and some tables plus lovely roof top patio that can fit 30 chairs and some tables.

The space is daily deep-cleaned including floor, kitchen, bar, tables, chairs and bathroom.
We have many seatings on the sidewalks and rooftop patio.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
