About the Space
It is an operating adult/novelty shop that has a commercial and private back space that can be used for small entertainment gatherings or photo/video shoots. There are enough seating chairs and two restrooms to accommodate the maximum amount of 40 guests. There is also some entertainment included such as WiFi, TV , movie channels , NetFlix, Hulu Live, and Prime. Music is also provided if needed.

Parking is available nearby or right in front about 20 feet from the building. Metered parking from 8 am to 7pm Mon-Saturday
General Rules
Outside refreshments or food are allowed until until 1am. Please, No smoking in the facility. Please no outside or non invited guest allowed in your shoot.

Security cameras and recording devices
Front entrance has surveillance that is recorded. There is security cameras in the space itself not recording
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
We have been very sanitary even before Covid-19 hit us. We did enhance our cleaning process and in accordance to CDC guidelines.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disposable masks / face coverings
- Hand Sanitizer
- Disposable gloves
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
The space has the following features:
