This spacious 1035 square foot designer decorated fully furnished 2 bedroom 2 bath condo is located in the Beachwalk Resort in Hallandale Beach. The resort has a pool and beach. Its walking distance to the beach or you can use the resort's shuttle service. The condo is on the 28th floor. It has an amazing south view of the Intracoastal waterway and North Miami as well as some ocean views. The apartment sleeps up to 6 persons. Perfect for families & close friends. Completely equipped kitchen and washer & dryer. Amenities include a pool, gym, restaurant, bar, & beach area. Free transportation to the beach, Gulf Stream, Aventura & Hollywood boardwalk. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping. The unit features contemporary Italian furnishings, floor-to-ceiling windows, a fully equipped kitchen, a washer/dryer, spacious living room, a master bedroom and a second bedroom with 2 beds, two balconies (one large and one small) stunning views of the Intracoastal Waterway and some views of the Atlantic Ocean from both bedrooms and from the living room. Beds: The master bedroom features a king bed. The second bedroom features two full size beds. In addition, we have a rollaway bed, a sofa, and an air mattress. A second bedroom is a self-contained unit with a microwave, coffee machine and college size refrigerator. Valet Parking is NOT INCLUDED Guest must be 21yrs old checking in. 24 Hrs Front Desk Service. No smoking No parties No pets We want you to treat the space as if it were your own. We hope you enjoy the space while you use it! OVERTIME Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. CLEANING / DAMAGES Cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours. Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace. FURNITURE Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs. MISCELLANEOUS There is no smoking allowed in the space. No glitter or confetti can be used.
