About the Space
This space is a reserved area on our hotel rooftop. It faces west so has a great view of the neighborhood foliage, downtown Portland, the west hills and sunset. It's on the fifth floor of Lolo Pass hotel/hostel. This is a great space for a birthday party, anniversary celebration, pre-wedding event. We have a sectional couch with lounge chairs. There are four high top tables with stools. And we have some bistro tables and chairs we can add to the space depending on your furniture requirements. There is a full bar located on the roof that your guests can access. Multiple options for drink/food packages are available.

Residential street parking is available. Most spots have a 2-hour limit from 8am-6pm Monday-Saturday.
General Rules
Outside catering is not allowed. We can provide catering menus for your group.
No outside alcohol is allowed - there is a bar on the roof.
No smoking is allowed on the roof.
All ages are allowed in the space
Security cameras and recording devices
For hotel security purposes, there are security cameras recording 24/7. There is a camera in this space on the roof which will remain on. It records video only,
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
We thoroughly clean the space daily and between guest uses. The space is outside which allows for airflow and reduces risk of covid-19 transmission.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
