The charm of the wainscotting and cork flooring adds warmth. I perfect spot for a small offsite or small shoot. Tiny but full kitchen with new apliances.

or park in a nearby lot or a few blocks away.
General Rules
No smoking or vaping property.
No pets or animals.
Coming & Going: Please lock the door on the street side at all times.
Do not slam the doors or make noise after 11pm as it disturbs the main house residents.
No gaming at all, as others in the home will have poor internet service. Do not use this internet service for illegal or inappropriate purposes. Host takes no responsibility for your Internet activity.
Garbage: Place garbage, recycling and compost in bins in hallway upon departure.
Heater: Thermostat is behind the curtain in the Living/Bedroom #2 on the left side. Please turn it off when you are not there.
RULES:
• Do not slam the doors or stomp up and down the stairs or deck.
• Kindly do not place luggage on beds to reduce the transfer of bed bugs.
• No eating in bedroom or living area. Only at dining table or on the patio.
• No smoking/vaping or drugs on the premises.
• Windows: Please shut and lock windows when you depart.
• Heater must be turned off if no one home and not needed.
• No burning candles or incense.
• Only allotted personnel on premises.

The cottage is professionally cleaned and disinfected to ensure your safety.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer
