Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

Our contemporary art gallery located in the heart of Newport Beach, is a blend of industrial chic and modern sophistication. The intimate space consists of cement floors and clean white walls hosting the brilliant art of our sponsored artists. The gallery is air conditioned but also has good natural air flow being located so close to the beach. We have sonos portable sound capability and a restroom for your guests use.

Free parking is available and plentiful in the structure located just behind the gallery.

General Rules

General Rules: Be mindful of the Art. Nothing to be placed close to the walls. Be respectful of the space and neighbors. No loud music. No Smoking Leave space as you found it. Remove all trash. Rules may be adjusted based on the event.

All ages are allowed in the space

Security cameras and recording devices

No recording devices, but cameras to protect the Art.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
