About the Space
This amazing studio has 2 separate rooms home to artistic projects, performances, rehearsals, group classes, private lessons, workshops, and much more. The space also has a lobby, bathroom, and changing room share with the guests. Each room in the studio has its own AC and access to natural light.

Lighting description
The studio is divided into 2 rooms. The front rooms get natural light from the frosted glass front door entrace and the back room has 2 windows. The mornings and begging of afternoons are when the studio gets the brightest light. The light sources have no curtains but are easy to block out.
Space is not soundproof
Ambient noise description
The studio is located on a busy avenue and it is not ideal for activities during the day that requires absolute silence. Only overnight activities can get a complete silent experience at our studio. Appliances and neighbors rarely present any issue with noise.

Equipment loading description
The studio has direct access to the street, as it is located on the first floor. It is easy to load and unload equipment in the space.
Staging area is available
The studio is separated into 2 rooms that can be used as is more convenient for the productions.
Some rooms are off-limits for shooting
The studio has shelves with books and cabinets with items that are off-limit to the renters.
Shooting the exterior of the building is not allowed
General Rules
No smoking inside the premises.
Only outside catering is allowed.
Covid Safety Plan protocols must be followed.
The studio must be in the same clean condition as found by the guest.
All ages are allowed in the space
Security cameras and recording devices
CAS310 has security cameras placed in each rental room. No cameras are placed in the bathroom or changing room.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
The studio has a covid safety plan with space usage protocols that ensure everyone's safety.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

- Hand Sanitizer
