Our venue is an eclectic outdoor space ready for all kinds of projects and events! This spacious yet intimate spot is tucked right behind our partners’ retail space and fully functional for all kinds of uses: Creative Productions, Music Releases, Small Weddings, Hosting Classes or Workshops, Social Clubs, Birthdays, Film Screenings, Dinner Parties, Baby Showers, Graduation Parties, you name it. It features string lights, sun shade sails, turf ground cover, gorgeous open-faced brick walls on two sides, our Lokels mural (you may dress and cover this if you wish) and a glass-front cafe space. Also outside is access to multiple power sources for AV, some storage, and access to the alleyway for loading in and out. The space is typically set up with six 8ft tables, and a large umbrella affixed to bench seating. These can be removed to bring in your own set up. Should you want to book with use of the cafe: the interior has 3 Fryers, 2 Flattops, 4 Steamers, Prep Tables, Handwashing Sink, 3 Compartment Sink, and has been approved by the Health Department as having the necessary amenities for food service. This will add a cleaning fee of $100. You or your food vendor must bring in ice! We do not have a refridgerator on site. WIFI accessibility! Street parking! -Available daily with a 4 hour minimum. -Maximum occupancy for a standard rental is 100 people. Anything over 100 and the rate changes to $300/hr with permission. -Porto Potty outside. -Inside restroom available until 7pm, or until end of event for a flat $225 -Please allow enough time for set up and break down when booking your rental hours. -Please respect our neighbors in terms of amplified sound. -We are here to help with permit paperwork if you think you need it at an added fee. Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
