About the Space

Creative people love to be in this space and get inspired by the imaginative energy. It’s a place where big ideas can find traction and move into real and tangible forms. There are two open floors, each about 2000 square feet. The main floor features beautiful windows and great natural light. The second floor is a quieter, more intimate listening room, with stained glass windows, big sound, and warm tones for gathering your thoughts and putting them on paper or digital tracks. Performing? Super cool space. Recording? We can do that. Just need a beautiful setting for a party, or meal? That’s easy. Give us a call and let us know what you have in mind. We offer many a la carte options on top of the space rental, including table & chair rental, linen rental, valet parking, and many artistic add-ons. Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Disposable masks / face coverings
  • Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:

  • Space has additional space outdoors

Yes, I would book again.

This place was absolutely amazing. The host and his staff were friendly and helpful. They made me feel welcomed. I truly appreciate their time and consideration during my event. I will definitely book this venue in the near future.
