GENERAL RULES: CLEANING PROCEDURES: - Please allow a minimum of 30 minutes at the end of your booking for tear-down. - Remove all items they brought into the venue and take down decor etc. - Bag up trash and leave it by the front door. Our clean-up crew will sweep, mop, and wipe down - We provide a limited amount of trash bags, please bring your own. NO SMOKING No smoking in the space. Guests can step out of the side door if needed. NEED EQUIPMENT? Request permission prior to using any onsite equipment. PETS We do not allow pets OVERTIME Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. CLEANING / DAMAGES The cleaning fee is $50 additional, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals they bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time into your booking hours. If glitter or confetti is used there will be an additional $50 service fee. FURNITURE Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs. SOUND: Our venue provides a Bluetooth enabled speaker that can also take connections from your Dj’s setup. We do not allow outside sound systems. Music Must Be turned off by or no later than midnight. The 12am-1am hour is reserved for tear down. And getting ready for the cleaning service. Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples, or penetrating items should be used on any walls. Tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace. Please refer to Peerspace’s Terms and Conditions for all other rules.
