About the Space

Welcome to our art filled garden level brownstone apartment! We have a 12ft x 11ft decor filled living room with teal walls and gallery style paintings lining the walls. The decor is there for you to use including a red velvet couch, unique vases with dried flowers, and other props and knick knacks. If you need help with set design we are happy to assist you during your photoshoot! We also have a lush ivy-covered two tiered backyard that is available for your use. The lower level has a patio and raised flower beds, and the upper level has a long table for your crew to sit and relax at. We are happy to include the use of our 13ft x13ft kitchen space complete with a coffee maker with your rental.

Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:

  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
