Parking spaces can accommodate up to 6 cars in combination of driveway and gravel area. In addition parking is available for up to 5 additional cars on the side of home.

There are blinds at the windows upstairs and blackout curtains down stairs. Mid day is brights time of day.

We are on a busy street and you can hear traffic if the front widow or doors are open.

Equipment can be brought in the ground floor straight to the basement or through front door for straight access.

There are at least 2 outlets in every room and several in the basement.

Renters must send digital copies of their identification at least 8 hours prior to arrival. The ID must match the credit card used to book property. Your access code may only be shared with registered guests. You assume the responsibility of your guests and their actions. Cars may be parked in the driveway, on the gravel to the right of the driveway, or on Upland Street in front of the house. THE GARAGE IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL and not for guest use. The host is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please check to ensure you have all your belongings before your departure. Any items left at the property will be considered abandoned and will be disposed of promptly. *No smoking of any kind allowed indoors. *No animals of any kind allowed in the home or on the property. *No illegal drugs, underage drinking, or vaping. *Any damages to the home or its contents may result in an additional charge. This home is located in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood. No smoking of any kind indoors. Please be mindful of our neighbors by keeping the noise level down when outdoors after 10 p.m. There are 3 outdoor cameras for security and insurance purposes. Tampering with or covering any of the outdoor cameras is grounds for an immediate evection and a canceling of your reservation with no refund. There are no cameras inside the home. Eat only in dining areas. Black towels are provided for makeup removal. Do not remove makeup with white towels. No fireworks, no glitter, no hair dye, or other items that can stain items in the home. No red wine, grape juice, or other colored liquids that stain. If cooking, please put all used dishes in the dish washer and add detergent prior to leaving. Put all full garbage bags in cans outdoors. Notify owners immediately of any damages that occur during your stay. Now that the rules are out of the way, please have fun.
