Quite a lot of free street parking usually!

1.Load In/Load Out are included in your rental time! Please allow enough time for set up and clean up. 2. Space must be returned as close as possible to its original state before leaving or you will be charged an additional cleaning fee. This includes gathering trash and recycling, all personal items removed, tables and chairs put away and staff alerted to any major clean ups (like spills etc). When decorating, leave no permanent markings. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items are to be used on any surfaces. No glitter/confetti. Only use low tack tape for floors and walls. Any damage will be charged accordingly. 3. No smoking of any kind inside the loft. This include vaping! Please go up to the roof and please dispose of butts in the provided receptacles. If you smoke inside you will be charged a $200 fee. 4. No overnight storage or storage of items any time outside of the agreed upon rental period unless given prior approval. 5. Guests only have access to the designated rental space(s). No gathering allowed in “public” areas of the building such as a the stairs or lobby. 6. Property staff may enter and exit the premises during the course of the rental period. A site rep will be on site during your entire rental. They will be available for questions or to respond to needs or issues that may arise at any time. 7. We do not provide anything other than what is listed in our space description. If serving food or drinks, you'll need to provide your own cutlery, plates, platters, drink receptacles, ice etc. 8. Parties and events that include cooking are taken on a case by case basis only. Please be prepared to tell us more about your plans! Things that make our loft unique: 1. We have 2 dogs here at the loft named Shani and Millie. They usually remain in their kennels at all times during rentals; however, if you or your guests are dog lovers they are ALWAYS happy to come out and meet people. Just ask us! Treats provided :) 2. We are located on the 3rd floor of a walk up building with NO ELEVATOR. Please be advised in case anyone in your group has mobility issues and also alert catering staff or other vendors. 3. We have strict COVID protocols in place. Guests may choose from providing negative day of event COVID test results, or masking while indoors. Both are even better!
