Beautiful Event Space w/ Large Backyard & Cottage

Monique is by far the best host we've ever had. She is very responsive and informative. During our rental, she went above and beyond to help set up and offered creative ways for decorating the set. She makes an amazing set decorator! I highly recommend Monique and her beautiful home!

My family and I hosted a private event/dinner party of 32 guests + catering in Monique's beautiful backyard. Not only was Monique super accommodating from the day we scouted her beautiful home to the day of the event, she was always very responsive with her communication and often went way above and beyond to make sure we got what we needed. It had unexpectedly rained on the day of our event and Monique & her husband did not hesitate to help provide us with umbrellas and extra help setting up the space. Our event turned out absolutely beautiful and intimate despite the weather changes. We would definitely recommend booking with her! Thanks, Monique!

This cottage home is utterly PERFECT! Quaint. Cute. Spacious and flat out beautiful. The space was immaculate. The garden was spacious and beautifully kept. The decor is like that of a magazine and Monique (the host) was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I booked the space for a Life Celebration and had to have tables and chairs delivered. The backyard space was amazing to host a large group of people during the late afternoon hours. It was a warm summer day so the backyard was perfectly shaded. Monique went out of her way to direct the staff that was hired and was beyond accommodating every moment of our event. Saying Monique is "The Hostess with the Most-est" is an understatement!

Monique was a wonderful host! She was very accommodating and even helped with set up. Her home is beautiful and was the perfect venue for my graduation party. Everyone loved the space. Hardly any decoration was needed on our end as the backyard is already beautifully set up. The extra cottage in the backyard was a great room for food. There was more than enough street parking for guests. If you have your event here you wont be disappointed!

Monique is AWESOME! Every guest complimented her space, it’s so thoughtfully and beautifully curated. It made for a beautiful 1st birthday party for my daughter. Monique and her husband went above beyond what I would expect from a host - they helped us unload our cars without a hesitation, offered us platters and cake cutters and more to use, and even were helping wash dishes at the end! I expected to be super self sufficient when it came to hosting and bringing the whole party, but they made us feel so comfortable and at-home. I would definitely book her space again if I have an excuse to. :)
