Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

Studio is cleaned to before guest and clients and after clients and guest leave facility.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Disposable masks / face coverings
Hand Sanitizer

This studio facility is is well fitted for any creative mind. Meetings, special dinners. Pop-up shops product release and music release parties are a absolute fit. Photoshoots, headshots. Studio is acquitted with photography lighting, makeup room for clients to change or to retouch makeup. Our well kept facility keeps the mind flowing with vibrant colors and two televisions to ease the crowded mind, music to comfort and sooth the vibes. Seating area for additional clients or additional guest.

General Rules

No smoking in building No alcohol in facility unless agreed upon with host, no alcohol after 8PM No extra guest with clients unless the staff or host is notified when booking

All ages are allowed in the space

Security cameras and recording devices

Parking lot has security camera for parking , building cameras as well as inside still and video cameras for the safety of clients and pedestrians.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
