Only 5 minutes to the beach, this tri-level townhome offers an ample kitchen, dining & living room on third floor, 2 bedrooms on second (entry) level, large bonus room and 2 car garage access on first level. Large master bedroom with en suite bath has a large attached patio with exterior access. Living room also has a large attached deck. This space has a cool mid century modern -ish vibe. Can also be tweaked for a 70s/80s type feel. Roomy & open, it offers many possibilities. Living room is big with amazing light, vaulted wood ceilings, a wet bar and an original rock face fireplace. Dining room is large with seating for 8, kitchen has old school original tile. The space is perfect for photoshoots, film production and the vaulted ceilings offer great acoustics. All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.

Yes, I would book again.

Daniele was incredibly accommodating to our crew! We had an equipment malfunction and needed extra time and she was very receptive to our needs- such a wonderful thing in a stressful situation! The space is beautiful and easy to access, I cannot recommend this location enough!
