Beautiful Luxury Retail Adult Space available. Retail items may move furniture and items for filming projects. Beautiful wood floors and light rails. Bathroom available and Office upstairs. This space is perfect for a Clothing Boutique, Sales office, commercials, movies. Documentary space. Anything your imagination can create!

*DOORS MUST BE CLOSED AT ALL TIMES - One person should be in the store if the door is to be left open

•NO SMOKING/ALCOHOL •NO CONFETTI/GLITTER/PARTY STREAMERS
*NO HOVERBOARDS OR ROLLER SKATES ALLOWED
**IF CAMERA/WIFI or Nest Connect is unplugged you will be charged a $150/fee**
•Please make sure not to lean on any displays
•You would be accounted for any damages to space/items. ••
Please make sure all the filming/shooting is done inside the studio space, no heavy filming or shooting is allowed outside the studio space without a permit. Recording of the front of the store is ok.
•We have security cameras monitoring 24/7 inside the space so please use the restroom for changing.
•All furniture must be put back into its original spots.
•NO LEAVING ANY KIND OF EQUIPMENT OUTSIDE OF THE ROOM.
•If the door is left open upon leaving you will be charged a $500 fee.
**Number of guests should be 100% accurate. For any add-on, after booking has been made, please contact for approval. We will charge $100 extra per person WITHOUT approval.**

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
We clean in between all clients and deep clean every morning and night
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable gloves
- Disposable masks / face coverings
- Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:
- Space has been reconfigured to allow for physical distance
- Space has additional space outdoors
- Space has HEPA-certified air filters
- Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
- Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
