About the Space
This open and bright space is perfect for meetings, photo shoots, and intimate events! We used it to create online content and host professional networking events. There is a full kitchen and two separate rooms off the large living. The space boasts interesting lighting, casual modern decor, lots of greenery, floor to ceiling windows, and 11 foot ceilings. We think this is the perfect space for dinner parties, photo shoots, video creation, meetings, showers, and reunions. Music is perfectly fine, but we can't host DJs.

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
- Space has been reconfigured to allow for physical distance
- Narrow passages have arrows for bi-directional traffic

Had my baby shower at this venue over the weekend. The space turned out perfect! Had so many compliments and it worked out well for what we needed. Jake & Jonna were super responsive to all our questions and needs. Definitely would recommend this to anyone who’s looking a cute, intimate space. Also in the heart of Hillcrest, lots going on in the area!
