RULES AND REGULATIONS
Client is required to sign venue contract and pay damage deposit prior to entry.
Client is paying for the use of the inside of the premises. Guests should limit outside use to loading an unloading. Loading and unloading should take place at the rear door.
The Event Gallery is wet zoned. County Resolution states that an overseer MUST be in attendance when any alcoholic beverage is served. Renter acknowledges and agrees that it is Renter’s sole responsibility to comply with all laws, rules, orders and regulations with respect to the consumption of alcohol on the Premises by Renter’s invitees and guests, including without limitation minimum age laws, and to ensure the safety of such guests and invitees including without limitation with respect to their ability to drive following the event. Renter shall indemnify and hold The Event Gallery harmless for, and defend The Event Gallery with respect to, any claims, damages or other obligations relating to personal injury, damage to property or otherwise arising from the excessive or unlawful consumption of alcohol by Renter’s invitees and guests.
All vendors including caterers, DJs, photographers, etc. must provide The Event Gallery with Proof of Insurance. DJs are limited to a one (1) speaker sound system in the Event Gallery for effective use of space and volume, and Client is responsible for communicating and confirming this information with DJ prior to event. Uninsured and/or unlicensed vendors are strictly prohibited.
Decorations, etc. MAY NOT be hung from walls, ceilings, or light fixtures Light bulbs may not be taken out or replaced. Tacking, taping, nailing, and tying to any painted surface, or tacking, taping, nailing through and to any painted surface, is PROHIBITED and will result in full loss of Damage Deposit.
Tables and chairs or any of The Event Gallery’s equipment may not be removed from the building at any time.
We assume no responsibility for damage or theft of any equipment, supplies or personal items brought into the Gallery by you. We assume no responsibility for anything left in the Gallery after the function.
NO SMOKING is permitted in the building, including e-cigarettes. NO smoking in front of Event Gallery on Sidewalk or parking lot. Smoking permitted in the back, however, renter must provide a receptacle for cigarette butts. Any cigarette butts found on the ground outside will result in a deduction from damage deposit.
Animals are not permitted in the building (except certified service dogs).
Young children attending events must be under the direct supervision and control of an adult 18 years of age or older at all times in all areas.
Parking availability in the lot is not guaranteed and on any occasion may be limited. Renter agrees to have guests park in rear of building during all evening events to make sure there is space for the surrounding restaurants. Off-site parking is available at Busicglio Dental and Storm Cheerleading on Friday night, and Saturday and Sunday.
For your safety, do not exceed the fire code limit for the number of persons in the building at one time. Be sure you and your helpers know where the exits are located. Don't block any exits with equipment or furniture.
Remove all food, garbage, trash, equipment, and supplies from the Venue and surrounding area immediately after the event. A dumpster is located outside in back of the building.
We strongly recommend the use of a caterer. When not using a caterer, YOU are responsible to see that the kitchen and appliances are cleaned and left in spotless condition.
In the event a rental must be canceled due to an Act of God or by direction of Hillsborough County, The Event Gallery will, to the extent possible, reschedule the rental to another available date in respect to Event Gallery's event calendar.
No open flames on the property.
Client and guest are strictly prohibited from moving adjusting or tampering with any of the lighting or electric, including canopy lighting, chandeliers, or spotlights.
Client is responsible for leaving property in condition it was delivered to them.
