About the Space
A few things that make this place stand out: -Pool Table -Kitchen -Garage Doors -Podcast Room -Lounge Area with TV This is a great co-working space as well as an event location for gatherings. Equipped with office tables and chairs to have a working environment as well as a pool table and a kitchen if you want to just relax. Upstairs we also have a room for those interested in a podcast studio. It can be used for a quiet space for a meeting or for a group of people recording a podcast.

Bottom floor office and any office with yellow barn doors other than the upstairs room which is the podcast room.

Electrical system description
The circuit breaker is right under the AC unit which can't be missed. There is one under the AC and one down by the last office unit next to the corn hole.

General Rules
Some Rules:
We are pretty simple with rules: treat this place as your own
- No smoking in the building
- Outside catering is allowed
- No illegal activity whatsoever
- Do not enter other vendor's offices which are all offices with yellow barn doors
- Do not attempt to enter any locked doors
All ages are allowed in the space
Production insurance is not required
Furniture and decorations may be moved
As long as stuff gets put back where it was it's fine.
Smoke machines are allowed
No nudity allowed
Security cameras and recording devices
Ring Doorbell camera at the main entrance. One camera inside on the main floor. This is a co-working space as well as an event space. For the security of other vendors, we have a camera to monitor their spaces.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

We thoroughly clean our space after we've had guests. The place is always be sanitized prior to your arrival.
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
