About the Space

A cozy teaching space which seats up to 5 people with no tables. Great for small group rehearsals with acoustic instruments or teaching private lessons. There is a 56 inch monitor with adapters for PC and Mac. A music keyboard and a music whiteboard. Note that this room is directly across the hall from another music teaching studio. Wonderful courtyard located outside, a nice area for students or clients to wait for appointments and is shared by all businesses in complex. No events take place in the courtyard with this booking.

Plenty of free two hour street parking on the side streets, or 3 hour meter on Pico.

General Rules

Please leave the room like you found it upon arrival. Make sure to turn off the air conditioner, heater and lights when you leave. Close and lock Suite 3W unit door and also the outside door if no-one is in unit directly across from you. No smoking inside building and/or burning of incense. Please make sure to include your meet-and-greet, preparation and wrapping up time within your booking hours.

Security cameras and recording devices

One security Camera in the corner of the room which monitors 24/7 for security purposes. This protects host and client.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

There are plenty of paper towels, cleaning spray and hand sanitizer.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:
