All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
Beautifully revived vintage home with 1940s Youngstowns kitchen cabinets. Combining white wood shiplap, oak scrap hardwood floors, and powder blue accents, this gorgeous home is steeped in historic charm. Expect to enjoy the natural light gleaning through the beautiful stained-glass windows. A rusted metal tin roof tops off this charming farmhouse but the rainy nights are truly where the rusted tin speaks to you. Please inquire via Peerspace messaging if you're interested.

The farmhouse is at the end of a private drive. It is in a neighborhood and kids do play. Street noise is very low.

There is a garage that can be used for staging and set up if need be. It has HVCA, fridge, sink and toilet in the space as well.

General Rules
OVERTIME
Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate.
CLEANING / DAMAGES
Cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours.
Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace.
FURNITURE
Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs.
MISCELLANEOUS
There is no smoking allowed in the space. No glitter or confetti can be used. There is no open flame or frying allowed on site or any cooking that will create a large amount of smoke as our facility is not ventilated.

Yes, I would book again.
The space was absolutely lovely and just as shown in the photos. The host was there to greet us and help with anything we needed. I highly recommend booking this space.
