Colorful Brooklyn Factory Loft

Converted factory loft in the heart of Bushwick, Brooklyn. 3 bedroom | 1 bathroom | living room | kitchen and dining area Overall: High ceilings, wall of windows, hardwood floors, exposed brick, converted factory loft. Very colorful and vibrant - the paint and color scheme is designed by local Brooklyn artists. Wall of windows looks out onto busy and local Bushwick street where you see a very stylish and creative crowd, graffiti art, and the famous Roberta's Pizza. Living room: The walls have been handprinted in blue and orange tropical floral design by a local artist. There is a wall of windows and exposed brick. We have a playful wooden swing, a pink rug, blue couch and lots of color. The space is vibrant, unique, local, and fun. Dining area: To the side of the living room, all in an open space is a large table that seats 6. The chairs alternate between blue and white. The walls are all painted bright and pastel colors. Kitchen: A pastel and lively colorful kitchen area next to the open space dining area. Bedroom 1: Wall of windows, exposed brick, hardwood floors, white walls, lofted bed, lots of light. Bedroom 2: Very cosy. No windows, exposed brick wall, white walls, hardwood floors, unique touches such as a special mirror and lights. Cozy, serene, bed and breakfast feel. Bedroom 3: 2 story "treehouse." Bedroom 3 - The upstairs bedroom: Cosy and fun lofted bedroom area. The leaves and pink walls and ceiling are all hand -painted by a local artist. The windows in the bedroom open out into the living room/dining room space. The bedroom is very cozy and built to feel like an escape and playful tree-house. It is a loft bed area/room area. That means it has very low ceilings. You will not be able to stand up in that area. Bedroom 3 - Downstairs Private Dressing Room The downstairs private room is a combo dressing room/walk in closet.The walls are painted pink and pastel green. There are exposed beams painted green and showing the authenticity of a treehouse/Brooklyn loft theme. There is carpeting, a purple mini seating space. It is like a very luxurious dressing room or a cosy escape nook. Bathroom: Also colorfully painted with a full bathtub. Shower curtain has a plant succulent pattern. The Roof: We have a roof on top of the building with a beautiful view of Brooklyn and Manhattan. Creative graffiti can be found on structures on the roof. Neighborhood We are in the heart of Bushwick where within our block you find a top Michelin Restaurant (Blanca), a pizza place with a beer garden where they use herbs they grow themselves (Roberta's), Food and Wine's Best Coffee Shop in America - SEY Coffee (one block away), and walls of graffiti done by indie artists that bring professional tours daily. Every block is packed with unique and indie discoveries.
