About the Space
Affordable insert stage for product shoots, stop motion & headshots. With a standing set, it’s also a great background option for quick talk shows and interview. (Not a soundstage) Meetings or Classes This is your multi-purpose, cost effective solution for small and medium sized projects. This isn’t your everyday class room, this photo studio is an interactive workshop perfect for classes, small conferences or events.

There are 2 handicapped and 28 regular parking spots in our parking lot. There is also nearby street parking and free parking lots.
General Rules
BOOKING RULES:
- All spaces should be left the way it was found.
- All trash needs to be removed from the building.
- Tape on stained concrete floors are prohibited. Use provided cord covers, camera t-markers, and chalk.
- No nails, push pins, screws, or tape other than scotch tape on walls. Tape on standing sets or furniture are prohibited.
- No fog machines or open flames are allowed in the facility, including candles. We have a sensitive sprinkler system and alarm system .
- No Pets are allowed on the property without prior approval.
- Cast and crew must stay in designated rental space.
All ages are allowed in the space
Security cameras and recording devices
We have Security camera that record through out the building.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Health and Safety Measures
We sanitize our spaces before and after each booking. We also have trained professionals to come clean our building routinely.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer
