About the Space
This apartment is great for natural light photo and video shoots or small get togethers. Ceilings are 15' high with 13’ windows. Small loft area above (not to be used, but laddered staircase great for visual effect). We keep great plants in the space to create an organic and earthy vibe. HUGE TERRACE. In fact the largest terrace in the building. terrace is 400 sqft. NOTE*** Adjacent studio directly across the hall for production holding (i.e. catering, makeup, wardrobe etc) is also available for rental. Link to additional studio below. The lighting in the space was great but overall for my needs in the space it wasn't super great. We used the space for a food video shoot and we didnt have access to many amenities in the space itself. The fridge, cabinets, closets (for wardrobe and equipment) were closed off. The kitchen could have been prepped and cleaned better. Though the host was super friendly and helpful where needed, I wouldn't use again for those reasons.

Great space with amazing lighting. We did a photoshoot in the space and the large windows make for amazing shots. The space was very clean and well-maintained. The patio is also large and provides opportunities for fun shots. Elyse was very responsive and professional.
