About the Space
This apartment is great for natural light photo and video shoots or small get togethers. Ceilings are 15' high with 13’ windows. Small loft area above (not to be used, but laddered staircase great for visual effect). We keep great plants in the space to create an organic and earthy vibe. HUGE TERRACE. In fact the largest terrace in the building. terrace is 400 sqft. NOTE*** Adjacent studio directly across the hall for production holding (i.e. catering, makeup, wardrobe etc) is also available for rental. Link to additional studio below. Elyse was the best host I've ever come across. Very accommodating, on point, and had great communication skills thought the duration of our shoot. She not only made me and the crew feel welcomed, but she was also open to unexpected production changes. I would highly recommend this space for anyone shooting in NY.

This space will not disappoint. The building itself is beautiful from the lobby to the entryway and the hallways. The apartment is well lit. Clean space for you to create magic and a beautiful large outside space for you to create additional content. We will be back because there’s so much additional content we know we can create!
