About the Space

Modern, quiet and bright Conference Room in a remodeld historical office building. Located only one block away from San Mateo CalTrain station & downtown restaurants. Comfortably accommodates meetings of up to 10 participants. Modern kitchen with refrigrator and modern bathroom en suite. Fast interent, strong WIFI, 60" smart TV Monitor & VOIP Speakerphone. Spacious patio outside for breakout sessions. Seperate, outdoor first floor entrance.

Parking description

- All day parking 2 minutes walk from our location at 100 S. Ellsworth Avenue( $10 cash all day parking). - Secured daily parking at Cal-Train Station one block away - Hourly parking meters on Baldwin Avenue and on San Mateo Drive - All day free parking on Tilton Avenue a block away. - Events on Saturday and Sunday can park in the parking lot cross the street. - On site parking $15 during duratio f your meeting. - Max. 4 reserved parking spaces per meeting. - Please contact the host for any additional requests.

The office is located at the end of the parking lot. Normally you don’t hear any noice. But sometimes you might hear an street notice. You don’t hear any appliances noise unless you turn on the Aircondtioning.

Outlets all around the room. Extra extension cords are available in the room. Circuit breakers are in the office suite.

General Rules

Outside Catering is allowed. Can reconfigure the furniture to your needs. Minimum length of meeting 4 hours. Please be mindful of others working in the building and keep your volume to a reasonable level. No smoking/vaping anywhere on the premises. No consumption of alcohol is permitted in the meeting space. Please before leaving the executive suites dispose all the trash in the trash bins and leave all the small plates & mugs in the sink. Please text the host when you leave the room. If you are planning to extend your meeting, please text the host with the new time. Overtime is charged at 1.5 times the regular rate and is subject to availability. Space is available 8am to 6:30 pm Everyday.

Security cameras and recording devices

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

All surfaces are cleaned prior to the meetings with disinfecting wipes. This office space is directly opnes to the outdoors and vents out with fresh air after each meeting. The guest have the option to leave windows open to have more air circulation during meetings. All desks are set 6 feet apart . Additionally, wipes, hand Sanitizer and kleenex is available right at the entrance.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Hand Sanitizer
Disposable masks / face coverings

The space has the following features:

We loved this space for our team offsite. Had everything we needed and the staff was always available if we needed anything! Perfect place to connect for meetings. The tech was amazing and seamless with Apple TV given we all use apple computers! Will definitely think about this space for the future!
