Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

All Parties Responsible for Bookings are asked to ensure they are punctual with start and end time. This will allow for appropriate cleaning procedures for the next guest. Keeping the rental spaces sanitized and clean allows for more bookings.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Disposable masks / face coverings
Hand Sanitizer

About the Space

Studio space for Photography, we offer 4 photography back drops, 2 Stools, 2 Tables, a handmade flower wall (5th backdrop), and 2 Photography lights. The layout down below are (2) separate rentals (Indoor and Outdoor). Both Spaces are available ONLY when booking for Events. Included for all events, Kitchenette equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, water machine, complimentary snacks. Closet for personal items, bathroom with shower/tub, toilet, sink. Yes, Security cameras are located Outside of the rental space positioned in the Front yard, side yard, and back yard. Security Cameras are also placed in the kitchenette area and hallway.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
