About the Space
Welcome to our home. A high-end private heritage house tucked away in the prestigious neighborhood of West Point Grey. We are open now for corporate or staff Christmas party bookings and will have the home decorated by November 15th. This incredible 1 ACRE property features a 5300sq ft 3 story home, with large bright and open rooms with windows that look out to stunning views of the entire property, with partial mountain and water views from the main level and top floor. Not to mention our best feature; a perfectly curated outdoor oasis to die for. Featuring 360 views of beautiful, landscaped greenery, surrounding you for a fully private experience. This space includes amenities such as a heated controlled pool (available heated from May 1 to September 30th) hidden hot tub, and firepit with ample space to host. We do offer to our guests 4 Sonos surround sound speakers that you may place around the property to suit your liking. The speakers connect to your phones playlist through our WIFI. We do offer a games room on the lower floor. The games room features a bar, pool table, dart board, air hockey table, with room to dance and just hang out. To add this to your rental the rate increases from $325 per hour to $400 per hour. Prices increase for the spring and summer months. Please inquire. This eclectic home is perfect for your venue needs. From photoshoots to private events this is the spot for you. ** Please note that if you are looking to book a wedding ceremony with reception we will be charging a day rate. If it is just a wedding reception please inquire to discuss pricing and will be dependent on number of guests, hours, and any add-ons etc. ** We do not accept early arrivals or late check-outs due to high demand and time constraints. Please be sure to book the full time you will need to include set up and clean up.

- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

I don’t know where to begin! This space is beautiful, the pool and hot tub was immaculate. Check in and out was extremely easy. Communication between Danielle, the host, couldn’t have been better. This was a beautiful space for our party. The lawn was well maintained, the pool was amazing, there was plentiful seating and both sunny and shaded areas. The space is really large. We had tons of space for a food truck that was parked in the driveway and the bar. The bathrooms were very clean and accessible. The host was great and communicated promptly. Many of our friends enquired about the space and having an event there in the future.
