COME TO YOUR VISIONS TO REALITY!!! Our Signature Loft is perfect for all of your event needs with our stylish and creative design. Great for Pop-up shops, bridal showers, Business Meetings, Tutorial, Makeup Classes, Baby Showers, Intimate Celebrations, Yoga Classes, Workshops and more! WIFI is included in your rental. Renters are provided an entry code to our lock box for access to our space during the rented time. Featuring a fresh design for you and your guests. In addition, you will have access to our WIFI, four soft box lights, brand new LED lights with dimmers, speaker system, backdrop mount, and versatile artistic furniture. The Signature Loft does offer tables and chairs, however; it is not included in the hourly rate. There will be a additional add on fee for tables and chairs. Located in the Fishtown area of Philadelphia. Street Parking is available. Hours Monday -- Wednesday 9am - 9pm Thursday -- 9am - 12am Friday -- Sunday - 24 Hours *** 6 HOUR SPECIAL AVAILABLE***

- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer
- Space has been reconfigured to allow for physical distance
- Narrow passages have arrows for bi-directional traffic
- Common areas have 6-foot (2-metre) markers on floors
