Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

We keep the space open and empty and clean. The floors are clean and the space is very large and open.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

About the Space

This is a rough space with a rustic appeal. This studio is great for performance art shoots. People have done body painting and worked with large sets in this space. There are white cinderblock walls and a tilted mural painting wall. There are cool steps and a small upper loft. The floors are covered in paint and give a very creative feeling.

Parking description

We provide private parking in adjoining lot, gated parking by request, and free on-street parking. We have a secure grade level loading dock and capabilities to drive into the studio space for loading and unloading.

General Rules

You are reserving Studio C. All doors are to stay locked. Spaces stay sanitized. Privacy is respected. All renters are to leave the space as they found it.

All ages are allowed in the space

Production insurance is not required

Furniture and decorations may be moved

Just be gentle and return everything to the way you find it.

Smoke machines are allowed

Nudity is allowed

Security cameras and recording devices

All entrances are monitored. An alarm code may be provided.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
