There is plenty of natural light. The living room and some other rooms have black-out curtains. The natural lighting is best during the day time.

You can hear neighbors if their making a lot of noise. This is very unusual since it's a quiet neighborhood 24/7.

- No loading zone - Loading trucks can be moved to a location that is 2-4 blocks away - There are about 15 steps to get to the apartment

- Circuit breakers are located in the basement. You'll have access if needed. - There are plenty outlets in each area of the house.

★ Here’ s our House Guidelines! ★ There’s No smoking allowed in our apartment There will be a fine if there is any evidence or smell of smoking in our apartment as this can ruin our future guests' experience. No Loud Music We ask that between 11pm-8am to keep any and all volume at a respectable low volume to ensure our neighbors are not disturbed (they do complain). Ultimately there shouldn’t be any loud noise between 11pm-8am If smoking is found to have occurred in our place and causes us to pay an additional professional cleaning to get rid of the smell or remains we will have to charge you for the additional cleaning, labor, and any additional maintenance costs. If an item is damaged or destroyed and needs to be replaced we will have to charge you for the exact cost to replace that item Thanks,

Anything removed must be placed back in its place. Wall decals can't be removed. Anything damaged will result in a bill for items damaged and labor costs to reinstall.
