About the Space

EXIT Galleries is a multi-disciplinary studio, gallery, and performance space. At 700 square feet it is best used for photo/video shoots, brand pop-ups, workshops, cocktail parties, & small private events. The space has built in shelving, electrical outlets, clothing rails, benches, and countertops for you to get creative. These features are perfectly versatile for apparel displays, food & drink serving, & more. We have rolling ice coolers for drinks. EXIT also has it's own in-house full PA Speaker System and stage lighting for small intimate performances and listening parties. The open layout space boasts high ceilings, a fully operational garage door, a 4'x8' skylight, & lofted storage. The space is designed and created by Boston-based artist Sam Fish.

Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:
  • Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
  • Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines

Rented this space for a live performance/listening party and I couldn't be happier with how well the space worked for my needs. Sam is super nice, responsive, and accommodating. He's also an amazing artist!

We had an amazing time using Sam’s place for my husband’s birthday party. Sam is a great host, was very communicative and accommodating, and is also a talented artist in his own right. Great location in Allston. Would 100% recommend.

Yes, I would book again.

Sam was an absolutely great host. Communication was clear from the beginning to the end, and he helped the whole experience move smoother than expected. Not only that, but he attended my event (EP release party) and every one of my guests only had good words to share about conversations with him, and the experience we created in his space. I would definitely book with him again, real solid time, real solid individual.
