Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

Multimedia conference room. This space can be used for meetings, film locations, and more. The table seats 12. The conference room is a 240 square foot space with flat-screen TV and soundbar. Good for quick in and out meetings or all-day use for planning projects. All windows have black-out curtains so no natural light is coming in and you have total privacy. Whiteboard on the wall and a camera so you can do virtual meetings or birthday parties. Our stylish meeting space will Impress clients, hold memorable workshops or deliver a winning pitch in our fully-serviced meeting spaces. Book on-demand by the hour and our dedicated team will be on hand to ensure your meeting runs smoothly.

General Rules

GENERAL RULES: -NO underage drinking on-premises. -NO illegal drugs on-premises. -NO smoking. -NO pets or animals. -NO glitter or confetti can be used. RENTAL & PAYMENT: The person renting the meeting room space must be 18 years of age, and their state-issued ID or driver's license must match the card being used for payment. CLEANING / DAMAGES: Guests are expected to leave the space, in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and tear-down time into your booking hours. Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples, or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file.
