About the Space
We offer not only rentals for studio space, but everything in between. Equipment rentals, recording studio, and custom set design. We have a 32 ft. Cyc Wall, 3 phase 400 amps, surround sound JBL speakers, multiple green rooms, this 7,000 sq. ft. space is ideal for your editorials, movie magic, music videos, and more.

40 free parking spaces in front of the studio, loading dock access and drive up access.
General Rules
Please leave the studio the same condition as you found it. Leave it clean, report any damages to the studio owners.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Health and Safety Measures
We clean and sanitize the studio after every rental use.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:
- Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
- Space has been reconfigured to allow for physical distance
