All spaces are disinfected regularly and in between bookings.

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

We are a Recording Studio and creative flex space located in Jefferson Park. Featuring a high end recording studio control room , recording booths, drive in warehouse, outdoor space, rustic looking workshop, kitchenette, free parking. The control room is very well insulated, quiet and acoustically "dead" . Other rooms are relatively quiet and you will not hear neighbors.

there is a 45x25 foot parking lot in back. you can drive in to the warehouse space, the garage door is 8ft hight and 12 ft wide.

General Rules

Shooting in the control room is always allowed but actual recording of music, VO, mixing, etc is an additional charge. No smoking in the building Outside catering is allowed

All ages are allowed in the space

Production insurance is required

Furniture and decorations may be moved

No smoke machines allowed

Nudity is allowed

Security cameras and recording devices

Security cameras around perimeter of building and inside warehouse. Happy to stop recording inside during your booking if that's something you require.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
