COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

Nice and cozy backyard with plenty of comfortable seating arrangements. The backyard can be used for grilling, swimming and regular meetups. The area has a nice gazebo, sofa/chair/lounges, grilling facility and a heated swimming pool. The guests are allowed to use restroom located inside the house. The gazebo area can be converted into a mini projected movie theater while the pool area can be used for good old pool parties.

Yes, I would book again.

My family had an awesome time in the pool! Yes, its heated and all the kids jumped in!!! Overall a great experience! Will surely recommend and owner is very accommodating to us.

This space was so much fun! it was a perfect for my outdoor party! The pool was heated and was great. The backyard was clean and the host was very helpful and communicative! Would definitely boon again!

The host was super responsive and the space was exactly as advertised. We had a great Friendsgiving evening in the backyard. The pool is heated! And has disco lights. We had a great time!

I cannot be more grateful! I had an a last minute event and Ankan responded really fast and kept great open communication with me! When I showed up to this property, it was easy to do my set up as the pictures were a great representation of what the space had. We had access to the restroom and overall I’ve had an amazing experience with this host! Thank you so much again for helping me make this going away party for such a special person in my life, to become reality!
