This one-of-a-kind location was once a former warehouse for Guerrero Grocery built in the late 70's but re-envisioned and renovated in 2007 to stand out in the age of prefabricated buildings and meeting spaces. Being the only property on 6th street with a private yard it was redesigned to become a cozy venue that surprises people when they arrive. Designed to be an urban oasis with plants spilling out of every possible crack and crevice, the indoor space and garden will shelter your guests from the action on east 6th, while allowing you to have the option of continuing the festivities at one of the numerus bars, restaurants, or breweries that call the east side home. Located right in the mix of food, culture and within skipping distance of the booming art scene and nightlife. The secret garden on 6th is the perfect place to host any party or get together that requires a little extra flexibility and exciting post-party options. Guests will have access to the entire bottom floor of the unit which includes: -Kitchen -12 person indoor dining table -Private Garden -7 Person outdoor table -Bathroom The garden area can easily accommodate 30 or so standing guests. Depending on the type of event, this space can comfortably accommodate about 40 guests. (20-30 outdoor only) and (10 indoor only). The kitchen can be used as a preparation area for catering while the indoor 12 foot table is perfect for serving food, buffet style.
