Design a beautiful celebration at this private venue. The large .75 acre lot will provide you with a breathtakingly beautiful location for your next event. The freedom to choose the caterer and vendors to truly make it your own for the day or evening. Or, if you are want to save the time and hassle the on-site caterer/event planner can assist all your celebratory needs.

Plenty of street parking exists. Please be sure not to block driveways of neighboring residents.

General Rules

Restroom Rental needed for over 20 guests. This is our primary residence, therefore no loud music is allowed past 9pm. We DO NOT allow alcohol. No rowdy parties as we are located in a residential neighborhood and would like to respect our neighbors.

All ages are allowed in the space

Security cameras and recording devices

We have a camera on our door only. It is always on.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Health and Safety Measures

We have implemented a plan to clean and then disinfect all shared objects (such as tabletops, lounge chairs, pool noodles, and kickboards) between users and frequently touched surfaces (such as doorknobs, handrails, faucets, other bathroom surfaces, daily and between each guest reservation. Only disinfectants from EPA’s List N: Disinfectants for Use Against SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19) are used.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Disposable masks / face coverings
Hand Sanitizer
