About the Space
A well lit and newly renovated studio in the heart of San Francisco's North Beach. The space has mirrored walls and would work well for any type of movement activity such as dance, fitness, or yoga classes. The heater can be used for private hot yoga practice. Also available for use are two bathrooms and showers, bluetooth speakers, cushions, blocks, and other amenities.

Michael met us at the space. Be advised it is used for hot yoga, so if you come in after a class it will be very hot in the beginning. Otherwise the location is unbeatable with a little coffee shop across the street. The space was super clean and bright and had two bathrooms and two showers (we did not use showers). There is a little waiting area and we used the incredibly convenient parking space during our rental to unload our video equipment for our shoot. We were well miked, so it was fine, but there are loud motorcycles that occasionally roar past (this is not under control of the host, obviously). Overall a great experience and I highly recommend this space for a dance rehearsal, video shoot, yoga class, etc.

Michael space was beautiful. I look forward to hosting a monthly class there if he’ll have us back! Lots of street noise, so not a great spot for a sound bath or a reflective session… But we selected an upbeat playlist, and had a grand time!
