About the Space
Spacious versatile event studio that's perfect for parties, meetings, family gatherings, religious gatherings and recordings. The walls and floors will work well with all decor. The studio has wifi, awesome sound system with 3 monitors. The space can be elegant or casual. Spacious enough for sit down event or dancing.

General Rules
No smoking allowed. No illegal drugs allowed. Security required for events with alcohol. Outside catering allowed.

Security cameras in main areas of studio. No cameras in bathrooms.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Space is cleaned thoroughly. Areas are wiped with disinfecting wipes.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
