About the Space
Any Fitness or Wellness shoot or filming, lots of natural light. Two separate studios can be rented solo or together, one equipped with cardio and free weights (or open space) and smaller studio outfitted with Olympic lifting racks, kettlebells, and free weights Works well for headshots as well as filmed interviews

Sky lights and large front sliding glass doors.
We do have lights for the mornings/evenings too.
The big glassfront faces west, so the brightest is late afternoon (depending on time of year of course)
Space is not soundproof
Ambient noise description
IF the doors are closed you barely hear any traffic, just the random siren. As we are on a busy commerical street trucks can't go very fast so the street noise is a low hum. Our neighbors are very quiet

Health and Safety Measures
All touched surfaces are cleaned in between classes and booking. Huge open front and back doors for fresh air cross ventilation. All clients indoors are masked and masks are provided if needed
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable masks / face coverings
- Hand Sanitizer
