MESSAGE TO INQUIRE Chance NYC is a creative studio that was born out of necessity for up and coming talent to showcase their work and for communities to come together to share and enjoy eachothers company. Whether you are presenting a fashion collection, art show, pop up shop, film/photo shoot, teaching a yoga class, having a wine tasting or are just looking for a space to have fun and be creative with your friends, Chance NYC is for you. Located on one of the most Iconic streets in New York surrounded by great restaurants, bars and the charm of Bond st... need I say any more? Ps. The space comes with the furniture in pictures. It can be re-adjusted as necessary to suit the event held in the space but must be put back as it was at the end. Includes: 6 - accent chairs 2 - couches 3 - rugs 1 - dining table (catering or seated) 6 - dining chairs 1 - 4k projector 2 - high quality bluetooth speakers 2 - standing height tables (conference, bar or DJ) 10 - standing height stools (conference) 2 - clothing racks 1 - lamp Lots of plants and there is also a murphy bed that can be used to create the effect of a loft apartment for your film and photoshoot projects.

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Max’s space was great. It was in a beautiful and busy location. He was also very helpful and considerate with any questions that I had. He even allowed us to have candles and a little melted wax spilled and he was very understanding about it.

This was the perfect space for my friends and family art show. I wanted to get a sense of what I needed to bring and it wasn't much. Max has an amazing space with furniture, perfect decor and tech equipment (projector and speakers). He set the perfect vibe. On the door it says "everything you need is inside" and it's true! The dimply lit entrance sets a wonderful mood. He was an incredible host from scheduling a preliminary viewing of the space for my event to providing support the day off. I had about 50 ppl and everyone had a wonderful time. It was so easy and I'm so glad. Would 100% rent this space again for an event. Max was extremely response throughout the entire process, the space exceeded my expectations. There were hooks on the walls for my art so I didn't have to add too much which is exactly what I was looking for. Thank you Thank you Max!

Max's space was spacious, extremely well designed and aesthetic. Max is also very responsive and made sure I was aware of everything and even came to help set me up the day of. I held a party with 60 people and due to the weather being so hot, it was a bit hot inside even with the AC on. I still enjoyed the space and would recommend the venue. I would love to book again on a colder day.
