About the Space
Our house would work well for tv or movie sets, and fashion or lifestyle photoshoots. There is roughly 4000sqft of filming space to work with. Content creation areas are already set up in the home with lighting and photo backdrop. We have a variety of styles of staging furniture that can be rearranged to fit the project. We look forward to creating with you! Possible uses: Fashion shoot: backdrops and lighting equipment on site Cooking content: large island and high end appliances TV show or movie: can discuss longterm use Beauty content: can discuss use of the Master Suite GET CREATIVE.

Lighting description
Large windows with mostly Northern facing exposure. Outside the windows is unobstructed views Pacific Northwest greenery. We have large blackout curtains that can be put up if needed. Kitchen, Dining and both living spaces have the brightest natural light from 11am-3pm.
Space is not soundproof
Ambient noise description
If the windows are open you will hear birds and dogs. The house is on a quiet dead end street only a few neighbors will be driving by. We do have AC that can be turned off if it is too loud.

Equipment loading description
You can load directly from the driveway either up the front porch steps or with no steps through the back yard. Loading trucks do not need to be moved. All vehicles must stay parked in the driveway not on the street unless given special permission. The driveway will fit five large vehicles.
Staging area is available
We have an extra bedroom for changing and setting up wardrobe and makeup. We also have clothing racks and closet space.
Some rooms are off-limits for shooting
Kids bedrooms, gaming room, and master bedroom are not included in listing but can be negotiated if the space is needed for the specific project.
Shooting the exterior of the building is allowed
Electrical system description
The electrical system in the house is standard residential power, build in 2019.
Circuit breaker can be accessed
General Rules
No smoking in the building.

Owner will be on site during use.
Do not park on the street please use the driveway only.
All ages are allowed in the space
Production insurance is not required
Furniture and decorations may be moved
We can move any decorations as long as we are not putting additional holes in the walls.
Smoke machines are allowed

Security cameras and recording devices
There is only one camera on the ring at the front door it will be on.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
We use a hospital grade UVC light to disinfect all rooms. When available in stores we have rapid covid tests on location.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
