Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

Welcome to Frog Pond Hollow! Our four story (with a tower) 4k square foot cabin is located on a wooded 3 acre lot, surrounded by pristine undeveloped woods. Our property boasts a 1.5 acre pond with an Island and a bit of a mountain view from the tower. But it doesn't end there! We also have a hot tub, a heated, saltwater (seasonal) pool and a Harlem-themed game room! Our spot sleeps up to 14 people. With all of the sleeping space and amenities we are a great choice for an event/ gathering. With the large Pond and surrounding woods we would be a great spot to film!

Parking description

This is a very secluded spot. There is only one other house on the street, and it is out of sight. There is ample parking all along a long undeveloped gravel road that is a dead end.

General Rules

- No smoking in the building. -Keep the windows closed and locked in the tower when you have small children at the house. -No glass by the pool. -Waivers must be signed by every individual before the water features can be used.
