PLEASE NOTE - MUST READ! We will not book photo or video shoots for more than two people without a site visit. In order to receive an accurate quote for shooting, please include your requested load-in and load-out times, how many people will be onsite, including cast and crew, whether or not a separate space is needed for Hair and Make-Up, if you are shooting still/video or both, and if you plan to bring in craft services. SHOOTING AT THE INDIE: Our Lobby, Courtyard, Lobby Bar, Reference Library and other shared spaces may be booked for small shoots of 5 people or less with minimal equipment and no sound during the weekday, 9AM - 5PM. Our shared spaces are best suited for for small shoots, like headshots, executive portraits, and styled shoots with minimal equipment and interruption as we are a shared workspace with tenant access 24/7. Larger shoots, shoots requiring sound, additional lighting equipment, etc may be booked in our shared spaces on a case-by-case basis, before/after business hours, or on the weekends. We also have several private studio spaces available should you need a blank space with endless flexibility for your production! Please contact us for after-hours & weekend rates and availability. Additional cleaning and staffing fees may apply. Studio F also includes its own entrance via a side porch and easy access to the parking lot, and Post-Up Cafe Bar for food & beverage set-up. MEETING ROOMS: Our conference rooms may be booked for hair & make-up, talent holding/green room, rehearsal/table readings, for a production office or video village. Rooms range in size from 200 sq ft to 500 sq ft. SCREENING ROOM: Our digital cinema room is approximately 400 square feet and includes a mix of soft seating for up to 15 guests seated. A/V includes an 8' long video wall with surround sound. A bar cart and old school popcorn machine round out the experience.
