About the Space
The Space has a Sound system with 8 speakers, Mic-phone, Wi-Fi, Cooler, Refrigerator, Projector with huge screen, 45 chairs, 2 full-size folding tables. 2 small folding tables and 5 round decorations tables. No extra charge. (2 full-size is 36x 80, 2 small sizes are 24x48. 5 round decorations tables are 24). huge wall mirrors, private curtains, lights, and two bathrooms. it is good for people using group/family Dance, Karaoke, Yoga, Meeting, Private Party (Birthday Party, Congregation or Celebrating Party, Wedding Reception, Baby Shower, Art gallery, Performance, Home Teaching), Training, Watch Movies together, Memorial Service, and all kinds of events. The Space is comfortable for 150 people. (But 200-250 is fine) Tip: Booking time should be included Setup time + event time + clean time The set-up time means your decorating time. The photos are only for ideas. Our chairs are red and green colors. For cleaning fees that is special cleaning to sanitize for Covid cleaning after your event. Lei’s place was exactly as listed. We had our daughters 18th bday party here and the kids had a blast. Plenty of space for dancing and mingling. The area was quiet with plenty of parking. All questions were answered quickly and the entire process went smoothly. Couldn’t have picked a better space.
