About the Space
This is a newly renovated apartment in Brooklyn. Perfect for parties, game nights, meetings, workshops,s and video/photoshoots. If you are looking to do a party, the balcony has outdoor lounge seating with access directly to the kitchen. This will make it easy for you to bring food directly to your guests or for them to helps themselves. The balcony also has a fire pit perfect for chilly nights to keep you warm and cozy while still enjoying the fresh air. Inside there is an open plan with no wall between the kitchen and living room except for a bar. This also makes it great to host inside so people can sit and converse around the bar or lounge in the living room. If you are looking to do a workshop the living room has a large 62" TV hanging above the fireplace. This makes it great for presenting to the entire room. The TV sound is incredible so there is no need for extra speakers. There is also a bathroom for any guest that needs it. If you are looking to do a video or photoshoot this space has great natural light! The south-facing windows allow for this light pretty much any time of the day! This apartment also has central air for those hot or cold days to keep everyone comfortable. The balcony also makes for a great place to shoot with greenery from the tree as a nice backdrop!
