The Beehive is SoLa Impact's OZ business campus, comprised of 92,000 square feet of commercial space located only ten minutes south of downtown Los Angeles. With six unique and architecturally beautiful red-brick warehouses. One of the warehouses is a 12,000 sq ft state-of-the-art Technology and Entrepreneurship Center that is available for Workshops, community events, parties, photoshoots, etc. It is a very open space that can be used for a multitude of events and features a Mac lab with 22 brand new iMacs, a large video wall, 4 old school arcade games, a kitchen(no oven), and bathrooms. We also have an outdoor courtyard that can be included or rented separately for a higher rate. From community events to concerts, marketplaces to company parties, your guests are sure to be impressed by our beautiful, breezy Courtyard oasis in the heart of South LA. Our built-in stage is surrounded by lush greenery and patio seating, making it the perfect place to pull up a food truck for a casual gathering or work with our preferred vendors to transform the space for any special occasion.
