The Beehive is SoLa Impact's OZ business campus, comprised of 92,000 square feet of commercial space located only ten minutes south of downtown Los Angeles. With six unique and architecturally beautiful red-brick warehouses. One of the warehouses is the SoLa Tech & Entrepreneurship Center, a world-class state-of-the-art technology center available for private rentals. The 13,000 sq ft facility offers a range of tech-specific equipment and custom spaces to accommodate your learning and event needs. The center features multiple creative spaces including a Music recording studio, Live instrument jam room, Content Creation Studio, multifunctional learning space, and creative lab with 30 iMac computers. In addition, the center houses a new Esports & Gaming Arena (separate listing) equipped with 40 high-powered PCs, 18 foot LED wall, a soundproof streaming studio, a green room, and more. We also have an outdoor courtyard that can be included or rented separately for a higher rate. From community events to concerts, marketplaces to company parties, your guests are sure to be impressed by our beautiful, breezy Courtyard oasis in the heart of South LA. Our built-in stage is surrounded by lush greenery and patio seating, making it the perfect place to pull up a food truck for a casual gathering or work with our preferred vendors to transform the space for any special occasion.
