About the Space

Located on the borders of Union, Maplewood & Upper Irvington, Open 7 Days: Our quaint Micro Event/PopUp Space is ideal for Networking Events, Pop-up Shops, Corporate Team Building, Bachelorette/Birthday Parties, Bridal and Baby Showers, Training Sessions and Dance classes. We Welcome Designers, Artists, Yoga Instructors, Organizations, Musicians, and Creatives of all kinds to come in and bring their vision to life. Your own food and drink can be brought in. We can also cater your event. Your choice. There will be one person there to help you facilitate your party and lend a helping hand at no extra cost to you. You can decorate if you'd like, with some minor guidelines, such as no confetti. You can bring your own DJ. The latest we can allow a party to go n until 12:30 Am with music being lowered at 12 if there is a DJ. Close to all transportation and street parking available. There is a parking lot near by. Fits 40 standing or 25 seated maximum capacity. There is 1 bathroom, no kitchen. There is a minimum rental of 3 hours.

Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
